Who is Women4Cyber Kosovo?

Women4Cyber Kosovo is a local chapter of the global initiative Women4Cyber, dedicated to promoting gender diversity and inclusivity in the field of cybersecurity in Kosovo. It is a community-driven organization that aims to empower and support women professionals and enthusiasts in the cybersecurity domain.

Women4Cyber Kosovo provides a platform for women to network, share knowledge, and develop their skills in cybersecurity. The organization organizes various activities such as workshops, training sessions, panel discussions, and mentoring programs to enhance the professional growth of its members.

Women4Cyber Kosovo Makes Impact at RIT AUK Fair

Women4Cyber Kosovo had the privilege of attending the RIT AUK Fair, an esteemed event organized by the Rochester Institute of Technology in Kosovo. Meet Gonxhe Sylaj, she is a professional in the field of cyber security with 3 years of experience. She currently works as an Information Security Officer at Quipu, as well as a Cyber Security Researcher at Sense. Furthermore, Gonxhja has many professional certifications in this field. She is part of our program as a professional mentor.

Meet Xhanan Karaqa who has more than 10 years of experience in information security management and privacy protection. She is currently the head of the Security Section at NLB Bank Prishtina. She has numerous certifications, such as CIPP/E and CSMP and has been awarded a Chevening Scholarship for Cyber Security in the Western Balkans that will start in September 2022.
